On-line Group + Individual Training
What to expectÂ
Monthly Group Training Session with Rick Benoit tailored to the participants using a combination of live meetings, individual sessions, and on-line training courses. These are week-long training sessions with 5 one-hour group meetings (live meeting format) and then individual customized training sessions based on individual needs. The group meetings will be recorded to allow the individual to match the meeting content to their own schedule. The individual training session times will be scheduled on a first come first served basis (those who register earliest will get the earliest choices). Topics to be covered during the training will be:
- The physical game
- The mental game
- Strategic understanding
- Group and Individual interests
- Each Individual will receive a Bowler Analysis (The BowlU Way)
- Current Evaluation - Understanding Individual Concern
- Training Focus - Defining the Highest Priority Focus
- Prescribed Training Actions - Corrective Measures
An individual can sign up for any month at any time (remember I will use first come-first serve priority scheduling), but the size of each group will be limited to 10 participants (that allows me to have ample times for the individual training sessions). I will allow individuals that want to pair up for their individual sessions to do so.

Group Benefits
During the group training sessions we will clear up the pictures by explaining "why" which makes figuring out "how" much easier. We will make sure we cover the physical game, the mental game and provide a strategic understanding. In addition to these three main focuses, we will open up opportunities to discuss any topic the group and or the individual chooses.
Individual Sessions
Because of the structure of this training and the resources I am using we can address the individual concerns and needs very effectively. We will divide the group sessions down into individual sessions (yes you can pair up if you choose). Individual sessions allow us to narrow our focus down to more personal detail and training needs. Individual training sessions will be chosen from available times using a first come-first serve priority method. We will be able to customize the training to whatever the training needs are. They may be held on or off the lanes, depending on the needs.
Every month Opportunity
A bowler is allowed to sign up in advance if they choose and can sign up as often as they wish, the only priority is the available spots. I don't want to overload any group; to insure I have time for the individual sessions. If I have more time to fit more bowlers in, I can adjust accordingly, but I am going to start out by limiting registration to 10 participants. I will post the training dates for each month and if necessary to adapt the scheduling for any reason I will work with the individuals to match their schedule. I want to allow individuals to register far enough in advance so both they and I can know our schedule.
