The Twelve Days of Striking

The training strategy for every day is to include content from each of the following categories. BowlU refers these 5 categories as the "Essential Elements", and we use them to organize any and all Training content.

 The Color White represents the Foundation of Understanding

 The Color Black represents knowledge and experience related to the Competitive Aura

 The Color Yellow represents knowledge and experience related to the Lane and Lane Play

 The Color Red represents knowledge and experience related to the Physical Game

 The Color Blue represents knowledge & experience related to the Bowling Ball and Ball Motion
